Meget slidt sommerhus. Meget fugt indeni. Låsetøj i yderdøre i meget dårlig stand. Lys sensor tænder od slukker konstant . Spa bad buldrede løs i motoren, så man ikke kunne sove . Køkken i ringe stand.
