Very beautiful cottage "Bila Retreat with Pool", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of Blažejov, 3 km from the centre of Hospříz, 35 km from the centre of Třeboň, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake. Private: property 600 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. 700 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Hospříz" 3 km, railway station "Blažejov" 2.5 km, grass beach 400 m, bathing lake "Ratmírovský rybník" 400 m. Golf course (9 hole) 19 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m. Please note: baby equipment (included).

Urlaub im Wald

Wir waren eine Woche da. Das Wetter war perfekt Herrliche Gegend, mitten im Wald. Wer entspannen möchte,ist dort genau richtig. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Und hat es sehr gefallen.

Das gesamte Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Inventar mehr als ausreichend und in einem guten Zustand. Der Zufahrtsweg ist nur bedingt für tiefergelegte Autos geeignet.

Herrliche Entspannung in der Natur

Unser Urlaub im Juli 2023 war einfach nur herrlich, Stille, naturnah und trotzdem viel zu erleben in Südböhmen, das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Anfahrt erfolgt aber über Hospriz und nicht über Blazejov, welches die Adresse des Ferienhauses ist, alles in allem Daumen hoch

Das Ferienhaus liegt umgeben von Wald, fischreichen Seen, Feldern und einer nostalgischen Schmalspurbahntrasse. Es ist geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den super netten und stets hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Das nächste Städtchen hält alles vor, was sich das Urlauberherz wünscht: Cafe’s, Restaurants, ein Schwimmbad, Kaufland, Drogerien, einen Teeshop, Geldautomaten, Fadtfood, Tankstellen… Einfach alles stilvoll!!

Schönes Haus

Tolles Haus ideal für Familie mit Kindern. Alles da was man braucht Waschmaschine., Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle. Kinderpool und eine riesige Wiese zum toben und Fußball Spielen und wenn man ab 20 Uhr ganz ruhig ist kommt ein Reh aus dem Wald.

Der Vermieter war freundlich und nett.Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos.Die Zufahrt zum Objekt war eine kleine Aberteuerreise.Für Sportwagen nicht wirklich geeignet.Die Lage des Hauses ist mitten im Wald es herrscht eine himmlische Ruhe.Wer Abschalten will ist hier richtig.Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastisch huis op een top locatie

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in dit top huis. Heerlijke haard die het huis lekker verwarmde. Het huis ligt midden in de natuur met veel wandelmogelijkheden. Hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Děkujeme majitelům za krásnou dovolenou. Chata je plně vybavena, nechybí zde opravdu nic. Lokalita je úžasná, chata se nachází téměř na samotě u lesa v dostupné vzdálenosti kempu kde se můžou vaše děti dostatečně vyřádit.

Das Haus war genau so wie besc...

Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben. in seiner Nähe befinden sich noch vier weitere Ferienhäuser, aber sie störten uns nicht. Die organisatorische Vorbereitung für die Reise durch InterChalet war unkompliziert, professionell und kompetent. Im Haus gab da alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir wurden freundlich aufgenommen, der Wegbeschreibung war perfeckt, die Fahrt ins Haus etwas abendteuerlich, aber keineswegs schlimm.Das Haus und die Gegend dort eignet sich für Naturliebhaber, Wanderer und Pilzesammler. Dafür konnte die Gegend nicht besser sein! Es gibt unendlich viele Wege durch den Wald, Steinpilze gab es eimerweise, die Landschaft ist traumhaft schön. Das Essengehen war nur etwas problematisch, da die Restaurants weiter wegzu finden waren. Uns störte es aber nicht. Da das Haus durch Strom (Fussbodenheizung im Bad) und Holz (Kamin) geheizt wird, steigen die Nebenkosten ziemlich hoch, da wir im späten Herbst dort waren und das Wetter in einigen Tagen schon fast unter dem Null lag. Im kalten Winter könnte es zum Problem werden. Wir waren voll zufrieden, auch unsere zwei kleine Hunde, die sich dort "pudelwohl " fühlten.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus,noch schöner als auf den Bildern.Treffen mit dem Vermieter im Dorf prima geklappt.Fahrt zum Haus fast schon abenteuerlich(nicht für Autos ohne Bodenfreiheit).In der näheren Umgebung noch weitere Ferienhäuser,aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.Im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch mehr.Wlan sehr gut.Sehr sauber und ordentlich.Schönes grosses Bad.Vermieter spricht etwas deutsch.Kühlschrank war defekt,innerhalb einer Stunde war Ersatz da.Toll.Essengehen könnte man jeden Tag,Sehr preiswert und gut.Wir haben die eine Woche hier sehr genossen.Danke an die Vermieter.Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Reisetipps: In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden z.B. Schloss Jindrichuv Hradec,Burgruine Landsstein,Schloss Hluboka nad Vltavou,Zoo Hradecek,die Stadt Trebon(Brauereibesichtigung,Schifffahrt,Schloss)Fahrt mit der Schmalspurbahn oder ein Abstecher nach Österreich.Sehr schöne Gegend für Wanderer und Radfahrer.
