The Elevator did not work and the secondary outside door closest to my room did not work. In order to enter the hotel the door had to be left propped open or enter through the main entrance. There was no maid service between nights and we had to re-use our towels and soap and shampoo were not restocked.

Its was nice and clean in a quiet area but clise to alot of restaurants and things.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, day before arrival I phoned to request a room near an exit or close to elevator (I recently had an injury limiting my Mobility). When I arrived they had a room ready right at the exit (first one inside door). Room was very clean. Only problem was on second evening my key card did not work which caused a trip to the office to have it reactivated.

Newly refurbished and very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful.  The rooms are bright and newly remodeled.  Bed really comfortable and full of pillows! Good breakfast selections and cheerful area for enjoying them.  Pet friendly.
