Also, there are several ATV trails, and whitewater enthusiasts can enjoy rafting at the Toccoa River or Ocoee River a short distance away.

Beary Sweet has a spacious open floor plan that gives guests perfect breathtaking mountaintop views from virtually any angle. Even the first floor bedroom has a private balcony where you can bask in the gorgeous views. No matter how you choose to spend your time at Beary Sweet, you are sure to be surrounded by natural beauty and comfort.

This property does have a wood burning fireplace available for use but guests must provide their own firewood if they wish to use the fireplace.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

Maximum number of vehicles which may be parked overnight shall not exceed 2 vehicles.
