Your mountain adventure begins with the final half-mile of gravel road leading to the cabin. There are a few short, steep, narrow, and bumpy sections, but most passenger vehicles make the drive without any issues by simply taking it slow.

**Good to Know**
• A vehicle is required to access the cabin. • High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin. • Cable TV and local channels are not provided. All TVs are Roku Smart TVs where you can stream using your own subscriptions. • The indoor gas fireplace is available October 1 through April 1. (Using it during warmer months can damage the air conditioning system.) The outdoor fireplace and firepit are available year-round. * Nature is part of the experience! Our cabin is surrounded by the beautiful North Georgia forest, so it's common to see deer, birds, squirrels, and other wildlife. Depending on the season, you may also encounter insects or spiders outdoors—and occasionally indoors despite our regular pest control. This is a normal part of staying in a mountain cabin. • Because the cabin sits on a mountainside overlooking the valley, you may occasionally hear distant highway noise while outdoors. Most guests find it quickly fades into the background as they enjoy the incredible views and peaceful surroundings.
**House Policies**
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. • Maximum occupancy must match the number of guests on the reservation. Unauthorized guests are not permitted. • No smoking/vaping inside the cabin. • No parties or events without prior host approval. • Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior host approval. • Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. This is a temporary authorization and is released after checkout, provided no damage occurs. • Weather in the North Georgia mountains can be unpredictable and is outside of our control. Severe weather may occasionally impact road conditions, power, internet, or other utility services. Refunds cannot be issued for weather-related events or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind in case your plans are affected.

The Bain was absolutely great with a great view. We were all very happy with all the accommodations and would not hesitate to stay again. We loved how the hot tub and fire place were next to each other to enjoy it all. Great game room that we had fun in.
Wonderful cabin. Our family of five had plenty of room, the place was spotless, well-equipped and so comfortable. My teens loved the Game room/basement, the hot tub and the firepit. Close to Blue Ridge and Ellijay, and a great home base for hiking in the area. Loved it.
Our host Kathy was amazing! With the uncertainty surrounding the weather she went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and accommodated every step of the way. Her willingness to work with us and genuine understanding truly stood out.The cabin is cozy and warm! It met all of our needs from the game room to the outdoor fireplace and hot tub! We definitely will be back!
This cabin was the perfect mountain rental. The initial drive up the mountain can be a little intimidating, even after watching the YouTube video. However, we did it in a minivan fully loaded without issues. And once you drive it once or twice, it is easy! Had some resident deer that we got to see up close and personal more than once, weather was superb even in the dead of summer, and bugs were very minimal. Cabin was comfortable and provided us all that we needed. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions we had. Location is a little drive to get into "town", but that was what we wanted. We would love to stay here again on future mountain getaways!
