Located directly on Fightingtown Creek, which is known for its stocked trout fishing, you could throw out a line from the back porch and reel one in. If you're feeling adventurous, dive right in. You can hopscotch the large rocks up and down the creek or wade in the water. Hiking is also great at this little getaway; the Benton-MacKaye Trail (a feeder of the Appalachian Trail) is within walking distance of your front door. So, grab a hiking stick and explore! If you're not up for an adventure, you can always spend the day relaxing with a good book or lounging in the hot tub overlooking the creek.



DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $105 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 13% lodging tax
