Prime downtown Blue Ridge suite located in The Penthouses on Main – walk to everything! Designed with `mountain modern` style, this 1BR, 1BA has been completely renovated. Open floor plan filled w/ character & charm incl. restored original exposed brick wall, rolling barn doors, open shelving in the full kitchen stocked w/ supplies serving as wet bar too.
Fully equipped w/ everything you could need! Convenient to all the shops, dining, local attractions, BR Scenic Railway & more.

This downtown suite is completely updated and modernized from a recent renovation. Filled with warmth and modern style, this 1BR, 1BA suite features on an open floor plan with the bedroom and main living areas separated by double rolling barn doors. Professionally designed & decorated by the building`s owner & your host, Nathan Fitts, who is known for is mountain modern designs and
is responsible for some of the nicest homes in the North Georgia Mountains. The kitchen has been brought back to life highlighting the original exposed brick exterior walls which adds to the character and charm of this space. Open modern farmhouse style kitchen shelves and a large picture window boasts lots of natural light. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range and is fully equipped with all cooking supplies and utensils as well as accessories such as Keurig coffee maker with a variety of sweeteners & creamers, toaster oven, blender, mixer, baking tools, glassware & dishes, etc. Kitchen also is fully equipped and stocked serving as a wet bar providing wine glasses, martini glasses, champagne glasses, Moscow mule mugs, beer mugs, wine opener, cocktail shaker set & more. Bedroom features a king size bed with wall reading sconce lights and space features a designated workspace providing a desk and accessories for those who may need to plug in to work while visiting. The living room is focused on an electric fireplace and 55` smart TV with comfortable but modern style furniture including a sofa and accent chair with cube ottomans encouraging you to relax and put your feet up. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk in all glass subway tile shower with detachable shower rain head and for those who like space to spread out, wait until you see this walk-in style closet, you`ll want to unpack and not go back home!

This suite has it`s on ductless heating and air conditioning system allowing you to set and control your comforts. An extended cable package includes all the local entertainment, sports channels and movie channels or allowing you to log into your streaming service. Other amenities include USB/charging ports, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, clothes steamer, desk supplies, complimentary high speed secure network WIFI, complimentary guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, and make-up remover kits and stocked with all linens. A laundry facility for guests is provided should you need to laundry clothes or there is a laundry/dry cleaning pick up and drop off service you can set up. Our suites are pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets per suite and there is a one-time pet fee per stay.

The location of The Penthouse Suites is in the popular historic downtown Blue Ridge area known to be very safe, however, it is also secured by 24/7video surveillance cameras, secure keyless entry coded access to the building and to the individual suites. This location is prime, prime, prime real estate right in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, in the middle of it all including the shops, restaurants/dining, attractions and points of interest. There is complimentary shuttle services that you will see circulating around town you`re welcome to use as well. Located inside the suite is a Guest Information Guide that includes general and specific information, instructions for operating systems within the studio, emergency exit instructions, as well as information on restaurants/dining, shopping and more including their location business hours and business information. Smoking is strictly prohibited in suite including cigarettes and/or e-cigarettes. The suites are located on the 2nd floor from ground retail level and there are some steps to The Penthouse Suites since they are situated on the top floor. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our small mountain town during normal business hours while the evenings will offer more chill and relaxed vibes. Explore one of our popular dining options, do some shopping or check out one of the specialty fudge, chocolate, or sweet shops. A wonderful scenic city park is just two blocks away, with wide sidewalks perfect for outdoor strolls, walking pets, or children`s play areas. The location is also convenient for visiting other popular attractions such as Lake Blue Ridge, which is less than five minutes away, as well as the Toccoa River and Fightingtown Creek, trophy trout waters, less than ten minutes away. The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway train depot is located within the same block just a couple of minutes away as well as close walking access to a couple of local breweries, the Blue Ridge co-op/farmers market, the Escape Room, local distillery, arts center and nearby galleries, The Blue Ridge Community theatre, pasta market, local gym and fitness facilities, Yoga studio & so much more. The penthouses suites in downtown Blue Ridge are located in the Central Business District of Blue Ridge. They are located on the top floor of a mixed use building. During business hours enjoy the quaint small town feel of mountain living and the evenings are quite with easy accessibility to the surrounding restaurants and fine dining. There is a great city park just two blocks away as well as nice wide sidewalks great for enjoying the outdoors and walking pets or areas for kids to play. It`s very near Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River in addition to all the area hiking & mountain biking trails, rafting on the Ocoee River, horseback riding & more..

This suite is located in a historic building located in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia. It is located on the top floor (2nd floor from main level) and is in a mixed use area with shops, restaurants/dining, parks & recreation surrounding you. The businesses located in the retail suites of this building close by 6pm every day. It`s quite and peaceful at night even though you`re in downtown with everything within walking distance at your fingertips.

The penthouses suites are located in the heart of historic downtown Blue Ridge and centrally located between all the shops, restaurants, breweries and attractions. You can walk to everything. Lake Blue Ridge and Lake Blue Ridge Marina is about a 5 minute car ride. Access to hiking and mountain biking trails as well as access to the Toccoa River and Fightingtown Creek, trophy trout waters, are less than 10 minutes away. There is designated parking on the terrace level for guests or guests can park ont the street or in the municipal parking lots. The private designated parking is free and parking on the streets at night is free.

-Please enjoy yourself and have a great time! However, please do remember that voices echo especially in older buildings such as this. We’ve tried to go the extra mile by taking measures to eliminate sound traveling with insulation and acoustical panels, however, it’s still an old building and only so much is possible. Your neighbors will be courteous and respectful of you I promise, so please make sure and show them the same courtesy.

-No smoking is permitted inside the building.

-A first aid kit is located in the cabinet below the sink in the kitchen.

-There is a fire extinguisher located in the cabinet below the sink in the kitchen.

-None of the windows in the suite open. Unfortunately, due to insurance requirements and liability they have been permanently fixed closed so please do not try to open them.

-The fireplace in the living room is electric. You can control it by using the remote control which is labeled hanging in living room by door. Please make sure to return the remote control to this location.

-Keurig coffee maker in kitchen with a variety of blends of coffee, sweeteners and creamers. It is located in the canisters on the bar in the kitchen and is labeled.

-Pets are not allowed unless prior granted permission from owner/host. Pet fee is required as stated in advertisements.

-Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

-If you are traveling with a small child who needs a pack-n-play/crib or high chair, please let the host know so it can be readily available for you.

-If you are traveling with a pet and have been approved to do so, we certainly welcome them. We are DOG lovers!! However, please know that pets are not to be left in the room unattended.
