Exceptional river frontage at this spacious, yet cozy cabin. The extra large cabin has three bedrooms along with bunk beds, sleep sofa and two and a half baths. The main floor includes a large living room with gas fireplace, sitting room with spectacular river views and gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and office. The additional two bedrooms, living room with sleep sofa and bathroom are on the second floor. The porch overlooking the river is a perfect place to relax in the rocking chairs and just sit and listen to the peaceful rhythms of the river. The property also features a "park-like" shoreline with deck, picnic area and swing - perfect for winding down. And if you get tired of fishing, tubing or swimming on the river, downtown Blue Ridge is a short 7-mile drive and complete with shops, restaurants and plenty of other things to do! The Toccoa Riverhouse provides an atmosphere that will not soon be forgotten.

Location, Location, Location !!!
Great location and comfortable home. Enjoyed a relaxing vacation watching the river go by on the back porch and in the back sitting room. Lots of space for a large family, though it was just the two of us and our dog. Cabin is located in the Aska area, close to hiking and river related activities (tubing, kayaking and fishing). Thoroughly enjoyed our time away. We had one eventful night, when a black bear visited the back garbage cans at 3 a.m. We called the owner and reported the incident. Dee handled the situation and provided us a means to place the garbage cans in a locked shed.

What a wonderful place. Somewhat private location but easy in/out of town. The house is beautiful-living area rooms are huge & so well equipped but favorite was the porch & river room. River location is perfect-spent a lot of time in the waterfront swing! Owner was available & attentive.

The house is large, more than we needed, but the location right on the river was amazing. It was also not a bad drive to Blue Ridge and there was a great restaurant but up the road. I highly recommend.

Beautiful and serene
The log home is very large, clean, and has everything needed for comfort. Its location is amazing right by the river and the sound of the water is relaxing. Close to downtown and a plethora of nature to make memories and take lots of pictures. We absolutely loved it!
