A 27-hole Tom Fazio designed golf course w/ unlimited golf (2 guests) & discounted green fees (additional guests), a fully staffed pro shop and practice facility. It is as fun and challenging as you make it. Try to keep your concentration as you pass by one of the water hazards(gators) or the abundant amount of birds(Egret, Herons, etc.) or eagles along the waters edge. The racket club has 6 Har-Tru courts, ball machines and equipment & 4 pickle ball courts. Tune up your game and sign up for a lesson from one of the pros The fitness center has your favorite machines, a masseuse (fee), yoga or other classes(fee). There are 2 restaurants on the island with lunch and cocktails served in the main clubhouse during the day and The River House for a fabulous dinner (reservations needed through the front desk. No cash is accepted on the island so bring your credit cards.

Callawassie Island is close to everything the Low Country has to offer. It sits between Beaufort and Bluffton ( both about 20 minutes), Hilton Head (about 40 minutes), Savannah, GA (about 40 minutes) and Charleston (about 90 minutes). Hunting Island State Park is about 40 Minutes away, a great place with great beaches for beach combing, swimming or picnicking.
Historic Beaufort is a great place for dining down on Bay Street, visiting some of its museums or antiquing in many of its shops. Downtown Bluffton has some great restaurants and small shops. Hilton Head is a renowned island known for its beaches, golf courses and restaurants, a fabulous place to explore, make time to go to the historic lighthouse for fabulous views in every direction. Savannah and Charleston are both wonderful places to visit and explore. You can walk the cobbled streets that have been there for centuries or take a guided buggy ride, it is great for people of all ages.
