This is a brand new architect-designed property with an incredible oceanview location in the Hermosa Bay area overlooking Playa Hermosa with its stunning wide beach and the Pacific Ocean.

For groceries we suggest to organize in David. All major supermarkets are located here. In Boca Chica you can only get the basics and some fruit and vegetables. We also suggest to buy water. Tap water is ok for cooking, brushing your teeth etc.

Fantastic house with incredible views! This property has everything you need for a fabulous stay. The location can’t be beat. The pool was so relaxing and the house was extremely comfortable. I never wanted to leave and I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Location

The place is very nice with terrific views of the bay. The property manager lives next door which makes it easy to address any issues. Only complaint is a lack of hair dryers, shampoo and tissues. Everything else was great.
