New 55 Inch HD4K TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player (Netflix Ready)in the Living Room, 40" Flat Screen in the Master, and 32" Flat Screen in the Guest Bedroom. One week minimum. No smoking, NO PETS. Child bedrails and baby gate available. This properrty does NOT have a screened porch.
