Imagine less than two hours after leaving Panama City you are sitting in the hot sun, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world - sipping a Mojito! Only 5 miles, or 20 minutes from the islands’ airport- we offer the perfect getaway to those looking for a more private vacation. Airlines offer many flights a day to the island and we will be there to pick you up.
Imagine getting up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean, parrots nesting nearby and seeing monkeys enjoying their breakfast.
The 7 acre oceanfront property is located directly on Bluff Beach, with miles of secluded sandy beach. It is one of the few places in the world where giant Leather-Back Turtles nest! You can walk forever without seeing another person. Our property has many different varieties of trees – from limes, oranges, papaya, mangoes and bananas to beautiful palms. Wonderfully fragrant shrubs and flowers surround our homes.

Slice of paradise
We had a great time with our group of 16 on and around the property. The staff is outstanding and set up all transportation and activities and were happy to share information about the local area. This was a really relaxing vacation. We could not have asked for more!

Wonderful beachside retreat!
We rented the entire retreat for a family reunion for Xmas 2021. It is a beautiful property in an area of Isla Colon that is much less developed than I expected- pristine beach, beautiful jungle vegetation everywhere. We rented 4 golf carts to get to and from town which was a neat experience- golf carting on sandy roads- added to the mystique. We had family members ages 10 to 79 and everyone had a blast! The rooms were clean and really nice with open air feel- you could hear monkeys and birds. Saw lots of wildlife all over the property. You can hike up the coast from the property which is essentially a jungle walk. You can sometimes swim in the ocean if calm or just golf cart or bike to a nearby calmer beach. But just hanging out at the property/pool was really nice- wonderful atmosphere. The managers were very nice and available but not overbearing. The cook (we hired her as a chef for the week)- Nicole- was AMAZING. We have gone to Costa Rica 3 times as a family staying in villas but I preferred this experience because it felt more authentic and less touristy. Highly recommend!!
