This was a cute little apartment. It was walkable to the grocery store and train station. I stayed there for the World University Games and the stadium was easy to walk to as well.

Die FeWo wurde als gemütliche angepriesen.Eine schlechtere Unterkunft hatte ich noch nie.Es erfolgte keine richtige Einweisung, WLAN Adresse erst auf Nachfrage.Die beworbene Waschmaschine als Extra war nicht angeschlossen, kein Fön, wie beschrieben, Kühlschrank nicht angeschlossen, es wurde dann ein Ersatzgerät in der Küche platziert.Abzugshaube in der Küche nicht angeschlossen.Möbel und Inventar machten einen sehr schlechten Eindruck, wie ausrangiert ( Außer Küche und Bett)!Z.B. Stehlampe ohne Leuchtmittel, Kleine Lampe Schirm kaputt, Deckenlampen alt, schmutzig und teilweise defekt, im Bad ohne Schirm, ....Kein Nachttisch oder Ablage, kein Kleiderschrank zum hinhängen.Keine Gardinen, Wände kahl, Blumentöpfe zusammengewürfelt und ungepflegt.3 Matratzen standen in der Schlafzimmerecke.Fehlende Zimmertüren, bzw. zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer stand an der Wand!Bad die Krönung:- Badewanne ohne Duschabtrennung,nach jedem. Duschen nass - Fliesen zusammengestückelt- ....Sehr hellhörig, Obermieter bis ca. 2:00 Uhr in Bewegung!Zusammenfassend hätten wir sofort kehrt machen sollen.Nach unserer sehr anstrengenden Fahrt und späten Anreise haben wir erstmal nicht das Ausmaß der Mängel erkannt.Auf Preisnachlassforderung an den Vermieter und Verweis auf die Mängel wurden wir an den Hausmeister verwiesen.Sollten sogar für Handwerker vor Ort sein!?!?!Auf gar keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen!Von den Fotos könnte ich noch mehrere hochladen, aber es sind nur acht erlaubt!
