Welcome to Evolution, an oceanfront paradise with picture-perfect panoramic views of Grand Cayman's south coast.

Located mid-island, our guests are only 20-25 minutes away from the airport and Seven Mile Beach, the same distance to Rum Point, and 20 minutes to the best kite-boarding, wind-surfing, and scuba diving in East End.

Evolution was specifically designed to offer seven large bedroom suites and a massive vaulted great room, all on one floor and each with direct oceanfront views with walk-out access to the pool and spa. This is a great entertaining villa for hosting a large group.

There is only one way to design such a villañ€© so Evolution is quite wide at 165+ feet. Evolution is situated on over 250ñ€ÂČ of sandy beach, adjacent to Bodden Town's cemetery beach.

Choose from two primary suites, four queen suites, and a slumber party suite that sleeps 8 across two sets of full-over-full bunks and an Xbox One gaming console.

Mid-week light weekday housekeeping is included with Evolution (7-day stay required). Please contact the local manager to schedule.

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Avis, Marshalls, or Hertz.

*** VILLA CLEANING & SANITATION ***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

***BEACH NOTES***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

***SARGASSUM ADVISORY***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that peaks in summer. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.

This home was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how thoughtfully designed, well maintained, and well supplied everything was.We did have a few items that broke or weren’t functioning properly during our stay, but the management company was outstanding. They responded immediately, sent qualified professionals right away, and took care of everything they could without delay. Their responsiveness and professionalism truly deserve high praise.The house itself was incredibly well stocked and supplied with everything we needed. The pool and spa were amazing, the grill was great, and the audio and video throughout the home were spectacular. The layout of the house also provided ample privacy, and we always felt very safe and comfortable during our stay.This was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we will absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Amazing house!

This house is everything I've ever looked for with a house. One level. All bedrooms face the water. View to die for. We picked Grand Cayman for this years trip specifically because this is the type of house we wanted for our girls trip. It did not disappoint. But the best part of this house is the attention of the staff. Erica was on top of it! She worked with me for months to schedule catamarans, food, chefs, tours. I would double book a day and she would catch it for me. She was on top of it! If you're looking for a great house, great location and a view to die for, this is your house for sure. You cannot go wrong.

Overall a wonderful stay!

This house was stunning! The view was breathtaking! Would absolutely recommend staying here. The management staff were SO friendly and attentive. Only issue we had were locals using the pier on the property and asking to use the pool and jacuzzi.

Work Vacation

I booked Evolution for 5 physicians and their spouses, including myself. Evolution was the perfect place for us to relax, recharge, collaborate, and enjoy each other's company. The residence was large enough that we were able to have our own space, had enough options for activities that we did not feel like we always had to leave, and enough amenities for us to enjoy one another. For the most part, the property had no major malfunctions or maintenance issues, was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend the property for any gatherings of friends or family!
