This contemporary one bedroom villa has a brand new memory foam king size bed. We also have a sleeper sofa for overflow. All villas are spacious with 670 Square feet of living space. You are totally tucked away in your own private paradise far from the crowds of 7-Mile. Each unit has a walk-in shower with a stand alone tub. From the bedroom to the bathroom there is no door.

Seamless check-in, spotless both interior and exterior, everything included such as towels as well as beach towels and even beach chairs to take to the local beaches. The coffee was a very nice touch as an inclusion as was the safe and the sites manger whom check in to ensure everything was in order.

The views, privacy, and access to the beach and pool were fantastic. I think the view and easy access to the beach and pool were the best features of this place. We were on the first floor in the end unit. We literally stepped out onto our two-level patio and were steps from the pool and beach.

Great relaxing quiet villa!

We loved the villa and the view to the beach and ocean! Our host and contact at the villa were the friendliest we have ever experienced thru VRBO. Karen responded to our questions and needs very quickly. The area had some great restaurants not too far away. The accommodations in the villa were perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good option for a quiet Caribbean vacation

Sea Palm is about 20 minutes east of the airport and over half an hour from most of the activities, restaurants, and night life. It is excellent if you want a relaxed experience with snorkeling and access to the smaller places in the east and north parts of the island. Boddentown is a quiet, low-key town beautifully situated on the south shore of Grand Cayman. We were right on the beach in a clean, convenient one-bedroom apartment with all the necessities. Everything works. The staff and management were pleasant and responsive. The only criticism is that in our unit the bathroom off the bedroom didn't have a door, only a portable screen. I would have preferred a door so as not to disturb my fiancee when getting up in the night.

Amazing property!

We rented #1. Airy high ceilings, spacious one bedroom apartment was perfect. King size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Lovely large 2-person shower. Washer and dryer was a plus. Private covered patio and then a few steps to pool terrace was convenient. And then a few steps further down was the beach. Loved the outside shower for rinsing off from beach walks and swimming/snorkeling. The owner, Bob and his family were visiting (and working hard!). They shared tips of places to visit during our vacation. We loved that it was a smaller property (12 units). Quiet compared to hustle and bustle of 7 Mile Beach. Great location to visit all parts of island. A few restaurants, grocery store, liquor store and gas nearby. Nothing better than grilling a steak and enjoying a bottle of wine while listening to the waves roll over the reef
.. except maybe the incredible sunrises! We will be back. Thanks Bob and Kathy!

A week of relaxation

Stayed for one week in unit#1 of Sea Palm. Great location and view. Comfortable semi private patio with a few steps to the beach. Good snorkeling. Property could use a little updating/tlc. Nice gas grill conveniently located. Would stay here again based on location.
