An odd duck, but very clean

This is like a condo setup, with multiple buildings and stairs up and down to different units. Checkin required filling out a slew of info online (like photo of license, credit card) after already paying for it through Hotels.com - that seemed unusual. It feels sort of unfinished because all the grounds are just dirt - no landscaping - with a big pile of dirt around an empty hot tub. Once inside the room, it feels nice and normal except for small things like the bathroom sink water takes a long time to drain, the shower water will spray all over the floor unless you stand far from the shower head cuz there’s no glass for half of it, or no decaf option with the Keurig cups. On the plus side, the room is very clean. It feels like it’s just been “refreshed” and the artificial fireplace is a nice touch. The view faces a coastal marsh which could be lovely on a sunny day with a small deck to sit outside but utility poles are quite prominent. For the money, it was decent as long as you’re mobile.

Cute place to stay, new upgrades, great view of the bay and friendly staff. Downside is no window pr air in room except slider and i did not feel comfortable leaving it open at night so room was stuffy and warm. Under construction currently but not really an issue except a little noise during the day. Over all a nice updated room with a great view.

Hotel was awesome. I had the handicap room which wasn’t needed but it was a problem. There was a problem with upstairs guest with noise, the office tried to take care of it, but it continued until about 11pm

Great view and comfy large room

This was much nicer than we expected - very large room with comfy beds and an amazing ocean view. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars: ants in the room and the check in communication was odd. We'd go back. In a tiny strip mall below the property there are a few businesses - the coffee shop we went to was super kind and had decent options.

Comfy Pet-friendly Room with a View

Staff were helpful and friendly. Fixed my sliding door immediately after I couldn’t lock it. Comfortable bed. The tv needs directions. I could not adjust the volume. It would be nice to have a few utensils: spoon, fork, wine glass. Thanks for welcoming my dog. I would definitely return.

1st, they charged my room weeks early even though it clearly stated I would not be charged until arrival. 1st room had dead ants and hair on the linens, live ants in room. 2nd room really dirty linen with long hair and what appeared to be used sheets, no functioning TV, dried milk on coffee bar. 3rd room no screen door, chair, stains on linen and a couple hairs. Patio floor was 1/3 rotten, definitely a safety hazard and door was difficult to close and lock. There is no staff after 4 except the manager who is there for check in. Hot tub was out of commission We spent 2 hours waiting for a semi clean room and were provided 4 clean pillow cases for 8 pillows. While initially the manager was apologetic, by the third room she told us this was it, she could offer nothing else and some hair on linens was acceptable and part of having a linen service, and yes I do have pictures of it all. I have stayed at dozens of hotels through Expedia and have never been charged outside of the timeline promised, had an active bug issue, needed to change rooms due to cleanliness not once, let alone three times. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
