Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the picturesque Lake Constance in 3 minutes on foot and stroll along the beautiful lakeside promenade. Our guest house is located directly on the Lake Constance circular cycle path, making it an ideal starting point for cyclists. You can store your bicycles safely in our shed. Hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth: the surrounding area offers numerous well-signposted hiking trails through picturesque hills, green meadows and sparse forests.
Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can explore the region in comfort. Cities such as Überlingen, Radolfzell and Constance can be reached in no time by car or by train - the use of which is included in the guest card. Ludwigshafen train station is only 600 meters away.
If you prefer to travel by water, you can take the White Fleet to fantastic destinations such as the flower island of Mainau, the historic old town of Meersburg or Constance.
After an eventful day, you can end the evening relaxing on the romantic harbor wall - with a refreshing drink in your hand while the sun dips into the lake.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen!!!
Pros: Wir wurden schon beim Eintreffen vom Vermieter empfangen, somit war der Check in problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr geplegt, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Vom Balkon hatte man Seeblick, der See in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Fahrrad Unterstand war im Hinterhof kostenlos mitzubenutzen. Ebenso war ein kostenloser Parkplatz mit inbegriffen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof, Strand und das Seebad war alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Sehr geräumig, viel Platz für Klamotten. Die Küche hat alles was benötigt wird. Es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung hat funktioniert. Die Vermieter sind wirklich nette Laute, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sollten wir wieder ein mal am Bodensee Urlaub machen, dann diese Ferienwohnung.
