So, we got the junior suite with the private pool. Good points: 1. the view is incredible looks over bodrum 2. The equipment in the room are good, luxurious. 3. Room is big and clean. 4. The price is acceptable for bodrum and what you get. 5. The food quality is excellent, special thank you to the chef Things we disliked: 1. the private pool is exposed by the main reception, and the gym. My wife is a hijabi, and the purpose of getting the room wasn’t achieved. The pool wasn’t cleaned and full of cockroaches. 2. The staff English is poor, you would struggle to communicate without google translate. 3. Most of the staff have very limited hospitality experience. 4. We checked with the waitress that the breakfast was included (as advertised) she confirmed. As anyone would, we ordered a fat breakfast. On checkout, we were surprised that the hotel wanted to charge us for most of the breakfast, claiming that only the basic breakfast was included. None of this was communicated during breakfast. Of course I refused, and ended up not paying the excess, as this is a scam. My advice to the owner, this is a good working progress, you have excellent foundation to create a truly luxurious experience. You just need staff with a bit more experience, who can communicate with the guests, to be anywhere near a competition with the top places in bodrum.

Trés mauvais démarrage, nous sommes arrivés et pas de chambre pour nous ! Nous sommes restés 6 jours (5 nuitées). Le première nuit pourne par repartir aprés un journée de voyage, nous avons accepté un chambre avec travaux, les peintres ont travaillés jusqu'a 21h environ, dans le couloir... nous étions préts a changer d'hotel le matin, surtout le premier petit déjeuner a été compliqué, car nous n'avions pas le choix de ce que nous voulions manger (Petit dejeunet turc seulement, feta, olives, concombres et thé turc hyper fort !!) pour des européens qui mangent du sucré c'était compliqué, puis la salle de fitness/spa annoncé sur le site pour le yoga matinal, était absent (ou fermé)..cela cumulé un peu ! Mais le personnel, (pas le manager), trés gentils, nous a promis de nous changer de chambre durant la journée, nous avons consentit a patienter. Le reste du sejour à été agréable, même si on sens que l'hotel a besoin de rafraichissement, le personnel a été adorable, la restautation est bonne (notre petit déjeuner a été adapté), et abordable pour la Turquie (300€ d'extras, 2 diners pris sur place, avec alcool). Nous pourrions y retourner, la vue est magnifique et l'emplacement est pratique, mais une voiture est nécessaire pour visiter, les services de taxi sont possible mais un peu cher (environ 15€ pour descendre au port et au bazar). La Turquie devient trés cher comme destination, et BORDUM surtout...
