In the central living room, in addition to the sofa set with additional sleeping space, you have a wide desk and a large dining table with 6 chairs.

Opposite the dining table In the fully equipped kitchenette you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: oven with integrated microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

Three rooms and three sleeping options:
The first bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed.
In the second bedroom there is a 1.60 x 2.00 m box spring bed with a continuous mattress.
In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa, unfolded with a bed area of 1.60 x 2.00 m.

All three rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV - 55 inches in the living room (and Bluray / DVD player) and 43 inches in the bedrooms.

The elegant bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, a wide vanity with a large LED-illuminated mirror, a hair dryer and an electric towel radiator.
You will find sufficient storage space in the spacious base cabinet.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating.

In a comfortable beach chair you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on the balcony when the weather is nice.
There is also a table and 6 chairs on the large balcony for outdoor dining.
Due to its location, the balcony is even protected from the weather in bad weather.

In the foot of the table lamps in all three rooms you have a charging option for cell phones etc. via USB or contactless with the Qi function.
At the bedside tables in the small bedroom you also have another USB charging option.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
