Sea Vale has been in our family since my wife was a child. Initially it was only for our own use but since deciding to make it available for others to use we have totally renovated the house, bringing it flying into the 21st Century.

The house is right on the beach with lovely sea views and has a beautiful open plan living style on the ground floor flowing onto a wooden deck with the garden beyond which faces South. There are four double bedrooms. Every modern convenience has been thought of including under-floor heating throughout the ground floor. The decor is strictly "seaside" with plenty of little touches that leave you in no doubt that you are living on the beach.

Walk out of the garden gate onto Elmer Beach which has to be one of the quietest & most private beaches on the South coast. Elmer Beach Estate is privately owned with no public access to the beach (although some local people do walk through the estate). During peak seasons and bank holidays there is a gate at the end of the road to limit vehicle access to residents.

Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and further afield too.
