Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Probably my worst hotels.com stay so far.

I bought here but got confirmation from travelio and talked to them the whole stay. Hotels.com didn't believe me when I said if I bought it directly with them (travelio) I would save 1000 sek. They didn't accept and didn't believe it was actually travelio I bought with, through hotels.com. Except for that, the sink was leaking, not clean good enough and the travelio support was bad. The people coming fixing everything were nice and good people. Just under staffed.
