Terrible experience

We booked the room, confirmed with the hotel manager and upon arrival they did not have the room we booked. Instead they tried to put in a smaller room that wouldn't accommodate the 5 people we reserved on the apartment suite. So, they gave us taxi fair and we had to find a new hotel. Will never use this hotel again.
