The hotel was beautifully decorated, was super lush and green, and had an amazing staff. A special shout out to William and Alejandra who made our stay super comfortable and looked after our every need. The hotel also had the best restaurant that we ate at while in Bogota, SLVJ. The drinks were great and the food was even better. A must stay and/or visit while in Bogota.

We stayed here for our anniversary trip in Bogotá and we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and even though we speak very little Spanish they were able to ensure all of our needs were met. The little park in front was very cute and aesthetic. We ate at both restaurants while staying here and they were both fantastic. The morning breakfast was diverse and delicious and the cappuccino was to die for! I am already planning my second trip to Bogotá and we will be staying here again.

The only complain is about the free are at the lobby level, it’s quite small, no bar available and not private at all, quite a low level
