The location is excellent and the staff is courteus, helpful and informative. It has a small gym, and a very nice open terrace with comfortable heating. We were in a room facing the street which was very noisy since we kept the windows open. We were immediately moved to another room in the back which was very quiet. We had a great stay. My only issue was that the hotel does not have central ventilation, which normally is not an issue since Bogota has very comfortable weather. It was unreasonably hot during our stay and the windows do not open sufficiently to ventilate the room. They did give us a fan which helped in the evenings. We were out most of the day, but would have been uncomfortably hot in the middle of the day to be in the room

Poor hygiene
Second stay at this hotel, first time we stayed the bed had some hairs, we thought it was a one time occurrence, however I thought giving a second chance and this stay also have hairs not only on the bed and sheets but all the pillows. Definitely it is a fact that they don’t change the sheets.
