While the location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was a major disappointment. It looked different from the photos advertised online, which felt misleading. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room directly above the kitchen. Starting around 6am each morning, the entire room would fill with the overpowering smell of fried food—it was honestly nauseating and made it hard to sleep in. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Overall, not worth the cost given the poor room experience.

Excelente servicio y atención. Tuvimos problemas al ajustarnos a la altura en Bogotá y el personal fue extremadamente amable y atento. La localización es genial, está justo frente al centro comercial Andino, en el corazón de la Zona T con muchos restaurantes a su alrededor. Lo no tan bueno, las habitaciones no están bien aisladas para el ruido y se escucha todo. El aire de la habitación tenía olor a polvo y humedad (tuvimos que pedir que lo limpiaron). Genial localización, atención y comida. El sonido exterior no era ideal.

I liked how close it is of main restaurants and small shopping malls. Maybe I did not like the bathroom, too short and uncomfortable. Breakfast was fine!

The hotel staff were great, the breakfast was fantastic. The only reason I am giving this property 4 stars instead of 5 was because the noise outside. Street vendors playing music to attract tips until the late hours prevented us from getting a good night of sleep. Maybe if you ask for a room on the front side of the property it would not be as bad. Our room was on the back side facing a shopping mall building and it was horrible for that. If you want to stay in that neighborhood then I would recommend the hotel.
