Great food, charming spot

Fantastic spot, had the best food we ate during our week in Colombia and they opened up early to give us breakfast when we had to leave early.

Beautiful setting and terrible service. From check-in with wrong rooms and missed extras that had been agreed upon (they did upgrade rooms to make up for it), to slow service for meals, no hot water, and inefficient checkout. They say they don’t accept credit cards but give you a link to a third party for credit card payment. Too bad, this could be a great place but isn’t.
