Excellent hotel and service. Great staff and restaurant and rooftop bar with live entertainment. The area tends to be a bit noisy at nights. The area is a bit dirty with somewhat unsafe sidewalks. This is disappointing because Click Clack is a wonderful hotel. Usaquén is a much nicer neighborhood with walkable sidewalks.

Another great stay at one of our favorite hotels in Bogotá! The warm welcome of the staff, the clean and spacious rooms and the amazing breakfast buffet, we loved it again. I have stayed at this hotel many times and I love it. The room are nice, friendly staff and great service. My only comment is about the TV as it was not working properly. I like to watch TV early in the morning when I am getting ready and this time the TV was not working as it should

Excellent Service! Super friendly team!

Nice room (S), great overall hotel, and excellent service. Recommended. The only downside on this trip was that the room was beneath the rooftop bar, Apache, which had live music until almost 1 a.m.
