2 of party were disabled. We asked for ground floor rooms. This was confirmed by email that we had them. On arrival we were put on first floor no lift causing great pain to the 2 of us. Ruined our little break

Good location in Bois d’Amont to access Les Rousses’s ski areas. Quiet as fairly isolated. Basic room, but very clean, and comfortable bed. The bathroom could use an upgrade - only a bathtub with a shower hose, but no curtains (and low ceiling for taller people, when you’re standing in the bathtub). Balcony for the summer. There’s a game room downstairs where you can play pool, fussball or ping pong.

Very friendly staff and good food. Two of us were vegetarian and the kitchen were very flexible and served excellent substitutes. Excellent value for money.

Quiet and clean

Friendly staff, excellent location - perfect for relaxation. Two-level room with 4 beds. Very comfortable. TV in room. Clean bathroom with a bath tub. Had a balcony with excellent views.

Grand HĂŽtel dans son jus. Wifi ne fonctionne pas trĂšs bien donc compliquĂ© pour travailler depuis la chambre. L’hĂŽtel peut ĂȘtre un peu bruyant. Le restaurant sert un plat unique le soir, entrĂ©e plat, fromage et dessert, bien servi et bon. Le personnel est trĂšs sympathique et trĂšs agrĂ©able.
