The property was under renovation in which the first level was littered with trash, un carpeted hallways and broken down furniture.

The property is under renovation and the hallways are completely broken down and dirty. The housekeeping staff came by at 10:00am, 10:30am, and 11:00am to see if I had checked out already when the check out was stated 12:00noon. The front desk staff was never there, always on break or watching television in the back room.

Under renovation, so I totally get that. I needed an accessible room for my wife. Elevator was out of service. We were kindly moved to a first floor room with easy access. Well done! … The continental breakfast on the other hand was virtually nonexistent.

Quick and easy to check into. Quick service on late arrival. Quiet and comfortable after long travel day. Remodel is coming along. Normal construction stuff in hallways and lobby, but not an inconvenience

We'd stayed her because of the price and the high review—none of which turned out good. We paid for two rooms- but our special needs daughter balked at staying in her own room. The clerk at the desk said we could have a suite instead, with 3 beds and that Expedia could call and she'd reimburse us for the other room. Didn't happen. After we got back, we got an email saying no reimbursement possible. That was just the beginning of the pain of staying here. We picked this hotel also for its included breakfast. But there was none. This hotel is under huge construction- but it didn't say that on the website. You can't get in the front door- the entire lobby is a construction mess—I was told there would be "grab and go" breakfast in the morning- instead there was a sign saying "No breakfast today, and no coffee, sorry." Our room was subpar-with unfinished walls. The beds were not queen size, as it said when I booked- instead they were "Full" sized, impossible to sleep 2 adults. There were seedy looking men walking around outside the entire time, and the halls were full of construction. Avoid this place! It's not worth the price. Will never stay here again. Ugh!
