All bedrooms are stylishly furnished with queen-sized beds and topped with extra-comfortable Zinus memory foam mattresses. Our guests rave about our luxurious mattresses! There is also a couch that can sleep an additional guest or kid.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals for the whole group, including an electric stove, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, a Keurig, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Enjoy meals together at the kitchen table with seating for 4.

We know how important a good cup of Joe is, so our dedicated coffee station features an automatic coffee machine as well as a drip coffee kettle. Enjoy coffee your way!

Our favorite feature of our peaceful mid-century house is the fully-fenced backyard providing for your privacy and allowing your furry friends to safely explore! We’ve lovingly created a private, relaxing space for you to enjoy.

For the ultimate experience, turn on the pretty string lights, light up the fire pit (coming soon), and make some s’mores as the evening draws in. Stargazing is a must when you’re in Idaho, and you can do so at the pergola, where you’ll be able to sway under the stars in a cozy hammock.

The 04 Brickhouse is the below grade level of a quadplex. Guests will have private access to the entire property. The property is spread over a single level (requiring guests to descend a full set of stairs), making it the perfect place for families with young children. Two bedrooms, a central lounge, and kitchen space give you plenty of room to spend time together, as well as enough space to get your privacy when you need it.

There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on a 55" flat-screen TV so you’ll be able to stream or work to your heart’s content!

You’ll have no trouble with parking as the property has lots of on-site parking space in the front parking lot.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you the evening prior to your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

We provide a complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

The drive to the house is accessible with GPS and guests typically do not have any issue locating the home.

Please note there is a security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property

A picture is worth a thousand words
It was perfect location for us. However important info was missing such as 10 outdoor steps to entrance to the basement rental downstairs.Shower window stuck open nor did shower light work. Preexisting faucet and plumbing problems were attributed to us.
