This newly remodeled house has high design and brilliant colors around every corner. There are two seating areas, both with smart TVs and couches. This home is pet friendly with a fenced back yard featuring a grassy area, picnic table, patio with rocking chairs and a grill. This property is only a mile from Downtown Nampa and has quick access to the freeway to explore the rest of the Treasure Valley.

No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged.

Due to the home being older construction, the ceiling height is on the lower side than typical (around 8ft), there is no handrail on the stairs to the backyard/basement, and the basement windows are small.
