Luxury Chalet - Exceptional View

Magnificent chalet with breathtaking views of the Cerdagne. The chalet is located on the edge of a subdivision, on the front line, the view is completely unobstructed. The high-end equipment (fiber internet, furniture, etc.) provides comfort and well-being on a daily basis. Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Entering the chalet, you will find on the same level, a separate toilet, a storeroom/ski room, a bedroom with bathroom, the kitchen/dining area and the living room with its fireplace. It is from the living room that you will access a very large terrace equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs, offering you the most beautiful view of the Capcir, the Little Yellow Train which crosses in the distance and the Pyrenees mountain range. Going down the stairs you will access a corridor which serves 4 bedrooms (3 doubles + 1 with 2 bunk beds) opening onto a terrace, a separate toilet, a bathroom and the laundry room (washing machine + dryer). Outside you will find in front of the house a parking lot that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and on the side, a staircase allowing access to the lower terrace. You will have access to the entire accommodation. A key will be at your disposal in a code box. If necessary, you can contact me by phone or through the App. Cleaning and linens are included in the price.
