Kurzurlaub Boltenhagen

Nettes kleines Apartment mit schönem Balkon. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Bett direkt neben der Küchenzeile, aber in Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Bei einem längeren Urlaub könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass das Bettzeug dann ziemlich schnell sämtliche Küchengerüche annimmt. Ansonsten ist nur noch zu sagen, dass es sehr warm in der Wohnung gewesen ist, obwohl die Heizungen nicht liefen.

Der Aufenthalt (4Tage) lässt nicht viel dazu sagen. Aber die Wohnung ist mit der großen Sitzgarnitur über laden. Sonst war alles ok

Die Wohnung ist nicht empfehlenswert. Die Einrichtung wirkt nicht stimmig.

Das Bett ist alt und quietschte extrem sodass man auf keinem Fall hätte schlafen können. Zufällig war der Handwerker vor Ort und hat den Mangel provisorisch behoben. Die Fliesen auf dem Balkon waren locker und stellen besonders für Gehbehinderte ein Gefahr da. In dieses Objekt kommen wir nie wieder. Boltenhagen an sich ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Überholte FE WO

Die Lage zur Ostsee/Steilküste sind super. 100 mtr zur Steilküste, ca. 500 mtr zu Fuss und du bist in Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Die Möbel/Inventar ist mit den Jahren etwas runter gekommen u. Sollte vom Vermieter mal langsam überholt werden. Ein neuer Toaster z.b. kann man für kleines Geld mal neu holen, kein Wasserkocher, kein Nudelsieb, etwas Schimmel am Badewannenrand, Balkonfliesen wackeln (Stolpergefahr) Matratzenschoner schmutzig / fleckig, sehr viele Gebrauchsspuren die sich leicht beheben lassen, wenn einem etwas an der FE WO liegt. KEIN-WLAN. Tatsächlich ist es die erste FE WO, wo es kein W-Lan gibt. Super, das die Wohnungsabgabe durch einen MA der Vermittlung erfolgte, so konnte man die ganzem Mängel vor Ort klären.

Von aussen sieht alles toll aus aber wenn man genau hinschaut erkennt man diverse Mängel

Von aussen sieht das Gebäude sehr gut und gepflegt aus. Unsere Wohnung war es nicht. Wir hatten quietschende Betten, Schimmel im Bad, Fliesen locker auf dem Balkon, Toilette zu wenig wasserdruck.
