Vacation Home 14b in the Mariannenweg complex is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three spacious floors, this semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to a large southwest-facing terrace, two modern bathrooms, and three bedrooms. With 100 m² of space, you’ll have plenty of room for a relaxing vacation.

On the first floor, there’s an entryway with a coat closet and a guest restroom with a walk-in shower. The entryway is separated from the large living room by a door.

In the living room, you can wind down at the end of the day on two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player. A collection of games for all ages provides even more variety.

The living room also features a cozy dining area and an integrated kitchenette, which includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. The well-stocked kitchen includes a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cutlery.

From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair, offering an unobstructed view of the garden and, across the pond, of meadows and fields.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as nightstands, spacious closets, and flat-screen TVs. The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are available in the utility room. In the attic, which you reach via a wide beech staircase, is the third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, a desk, and another flat-screen TV.

The entire vacation home is tiled on the first floor and in the bathrooms; the rest of the floors are covered with high-quality PVC flooring. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home. When furnishing the home, special attention was paid to making it allergy-friendly, and carpets and curtains (with the exception of a blackout curtain in the attic) were omitted. A crib with an extra mattress and a high chair are provided. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available.

In the garden shed, there are two women’s bicycles (subject to availability) and a handcart (subject to availability) that you can use. You can also securely store your own bicycles here if needed.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a traffic-calmed area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot, with individual parking spaces, is located directly at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the vacation village. The complex has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
