The semi-detached house Sdw/13b (middle unit) is a 4-room home that accommodates up to 6 people.<br><br>With up to 6 people, you can enjoy your vacation in this spacious vacation home, which is approximately 75 m² in size. The beach is about 300 m away.<br><br>The first floor features a living and dining area as well as a separate kitchen. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a radio are provided. The kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances, is located right next to the living area. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. Tiles were chosen for the flooring on the first floor.<br><br>Three bedrooms are distributed across the upper floors. On the second floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet, and changing table. You can also use the washing machine provided.<br>You’ll also find two separate bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom features a large double bed (dimensions 2x90x200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (80x200 cm).<br><br>The attic features an open loft with one double bed (dimensions 2x90x200 cm), a dresser, and a crib (dimensions approx. 118x58 cm).<br>Laminate or hardwood flooring was chosen for the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>This vacation home features a garden with a terrace. The furnished terrace is perfect for spending a cozy evening together.<br>Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.<br><br>You can park your car in the parking space directly in front of the house.
