The Hering vacation apartment in the Scholle vacation home is a 2-room apartment on the first floor that accommodates up to 4 people.

You’ll find a 70 m² 2-room vacation apartment on the first floor of the Scholle house. Here you’ll find a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony facing the lake, and another balcony facing south. The beach is about 10 metres away.

The nautical decor creates a cozy atmosphere in the living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the space a spacious feel. A comfortable fold-out sleeper sofa (180 x 200 cm) sleeps two people. Of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV. Curtains are provided for blackout. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which faces the lake.

You can reach the bedroom via the hallway. Here, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) awaits for a restful night’s sleep. There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in a spacious closet. A second TV is also available. Here, too, the windows can be darkened with pleated blinds.

You can access the modern kitchen directly from the hallway. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a microwave, a stove with 4 ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The cozy dining area offers plenty of space and comfort for enjoying your meals. From the hallway, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, where you can use the electric grill (tabletop grill) provided.

The stylish bathroom features light-colored tile flooring and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. A guest restroom is also available.

The floor in the vacation rental is covered with designer flooring, and underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth.

Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.

Dogs are not permitted in this non-smoking apartment. A free parking space (No. 3) next to the building is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be parked in the underground garage. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (without making the beds).

This vacation home features six two-room vacation apartments, each furnished with great attention to detail and suitable for both family vacations and relaxing getaways for two. All vacation apartments feature a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a floor-level shower. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth during the cold season.

Each apartment has two balconies—one facing the lake and one facing south.

A fully equipped kitchen is standard. Kitchen amenities include, for example, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The building is very well equipped, featuring Wi-Fi, an elevator, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or outdoor parking lot. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).
