If you like to live a bit more spacious on vacation, the holiday village is just right! The family-friendly terraced houses with a terrace are only 350 meters to the beach of the Baltic Sea, and some have two bedrooms or, in some cases, two bathrooms. The living area in the houses extends over two levels and the existing fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere all year round. The traffic-calmed holiday village with old trees also includes a playground with a slide, climbing frame, table tennis, sandpit and swing. The shopping center of Boltenhagen is just 400 meters away, where there are various shops and a post office. The family-friendly terraced house in "Urlauberdorf 20c" has a living space of 63sqm and is well equipped for up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms in this house. Parking space free of charge. Please note that this is an offer for non-smokers and pets are not allowed in this holiday home.

The holiday terraced house - holiday village 20c- with terrace, is located in a natural environment, only 350 meters to the Baltic Sea beach. The house has a living space of 63sqm and is suitable for up to 6 people. The living / dining area welcomes you in a friendly manner with a pull-out leather sofa - so it can be used as a bed for 2 people, sideboard, fireplace, TV, music system and a dining area are also part of the equipment. The integrated kitchenette offers a stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, toaster and. V. M. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. A spacious bath and toilet are available on the upper floor. A travel cot and high chair are available for small children. There is a free parking space in front of the row house. On request, fresh bread rolls can be booked daily to the front door. Shops can be reached in about 400 meters. The quiet holiday home is ideal for families.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Insgesamt schön, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Wir haben nach dem freundlichen Empfang der Verwaltungsmitarbeiterin das Haus schnell gefunden. Im ersten Moment hat es uns gut gefallen, aber beim genauen hinschauen waren wir geschockt! Der Kinderstuhl hatte eine cm dicke Staubschicht. Die Ecken waren schmutzig und unten im Schlafzimmer sogar voll mit Spinnendreck und an einer Ecke sogar voll mit Stockflecken. Oberflächlich war es sauber, aber für rund 110€ Endreinigung erwarte ich 63qm schon richtig sauber! In den oberen Zimmerecken konnte man gut erkennen, dass lange nicht renoviert wurde. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich sind sehr unbequem und durchgesessen! Fazit an den Eigentümer: nicht nur kassieren, auch mal investieren! Die Lage ist toll! Auch Boltenhagen ist schön ruhig und der Strand ist superschön! Schade hätte ohne Ekel ein schöner Aufenthalt sein können!
