Vacation Apartment No. 5 in the Triton Beach Villa is a 3-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

The lakeview apartment on the 2nd floor has a living area of 65 m². It features a living and dining area, two separate bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The apartment spans two floors. It’s just 30 m to the beach.

The living room has a double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) that sleeps 2 people. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a CD player are also included.

The dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette are integrated into the living room. Here you’ll find a high-quality ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and much more. From the dining area, you can enjoy the fantastic lake view. From here, you can step out onto the lake-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the lake, which is, of course, furnished with balcony furniture.

For sleeping arrangements, you’ll find a double bed in the upper open sleeping area (2 x 80 cm x 190 cm), which has carpeted flooring, and two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) in the lower bedroom. The floor here is covered with laminate. From here, you can access the south-facing rooftop terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing.

The apartment features a full bathroom with a bathtub. It is a non-smoking apartment where pets are allowed.

The Triton Beach Villa is in a prime location right on the beach. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. Parking spaces are located on the property. A bicycle storage room is available. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. The fee for using the charging station is 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The Triton Beach Villa is located directly on the beach promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.


Situated between beach access points 17 and 18, the Triton Villa invites you to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. Some of the apartments offer ocean views. The beach is just 30 meters away.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.
There is one free parking space available for each apartment in front of the building. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Strandvilla Triton was lovingly renovated in 2001 and now offers a total of ten cozy apartments spread over three floors, where you can relax and enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation. Choose between 4 one-bedroom apartments in the basement—two of which each have their own small terrace—or one of the spacious three-bedroom apartments, each featuring a balcony facing the sea and another facing south.
