Lovely, clean, spacious property. Magnificent views. Bring your own beach towels and soap. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Vue magique !
Superbe villa dominant la baie de Rondinara ,au milieu du maquis . Très belles prestations , toutes les piéces sont décorées avec goût et personne ne se sent lésé par rapport aux autres . Bref excellent séjour malgré une météo maussade . Je recommande vivement.

Cadre très joli, la vue comme les photos mais le laurier doit être raccourci pour être plus que parfait. Agréable jour et nuit. Prenez soin du chat qui "garde" la maison 😉

Vue magnifique
Agréable villa avec une vue magnifique. Environnement calme. La villa est bien fournie et la cuisine bien équipée (tout est présent pour cuisiner, vaisselle en suffisance, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, congélateur,...). On sent que la villa a été pensée et habitée par les propriétaires. Elle est mieux agencée et fournie que beaucoup de maisons de vacances. Nous avons eu un petit soucis au moment du check-in mais le propriétaire a tout mis en oeuvre pour résoudre le problème dans les plus brefs délais.

Réactivité du propriétaire. Très bien accueilli par l'intendant de la maison. Jolie maison bien entretenue. Emplacement très calme. Vue magnifique. Les photos montrent exactement la réalité.

Très belle maison dans un cadre sauvage et magnifique On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la baie de Rondinara et de la Sardaigne de En revanche l’accueil et les équipements ne sont pas vraiment à la hauteur C’est bien dommage car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit une adresse parfaite

BELLE PRESTATION JUSTE UN BEMOL
Vue splendide, emplacement super et très calme (la contre partie il faut prendre la voiture pour tout : resto, courses, visites... mais pour nous pas un problème) très belle maison avec beaucoup de cachet, beau jardin avec plein de patios pour se détendre, permet de passer un bon séjour entre amis ou famille sans pour autant se gêner, car bien agencée (sauf avec enfants en bas âges car beaucoup de demi-niveaux et donc de double ou triple marches) le bémol du séjour : piscine annoncée chauffée pour période octobre et point confirmé par le propriétaire mais impossible de se baigner eau glacée malgré la bâche à bulles, il aurait été préférable de ne pas l'annoncée comme tel car c'était un de nos critères essentiel de recherche et sur ce point on se sent frustrés et trompés, dommage

Beautiful house
This is a beautiful house in an amazing location. The views over Rondinara Bay all the way to Sardinia are just priceless. The house is very well equipped all around and the arrival and departure procedures were fine. There is good seating both indoors and outdoors. The pool is great. My only nit is that the house has quite a few stairs with no railings which proved challenging for my elderly mother. Also, the house is not new and there are a number of little things that could use a handyman's keen eye. Overall, we would definitely rent again.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Domizil
Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne und entspannte Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft auf die Roninariobucht und das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Leider wurde in letzter Zeit offensichtlich nichts mehr investiert, so dass es viele keinere Mängel gibt, wie abgerissen Giffe oder eine lose Toilettenbriĺle, allerdings nichts Weltbewegendes. Was mich wirklich gestört hat war die schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. So wurde während des Aufenthalts auf Mail und SMS einfach nicht reagiert. Das hat leider eine Topbewertung verhindert.
