Step onto the 5th floor screened balcony of this beautifully remodeled Building 5 studio at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club, settle into one of the two lounge chairs with ottomans, and take in the view — the Barefoot Beach community stretching out to one side, a glimpse of the Gulf glittering on the other. The plantation shutters frame it all perfectly. It's the kind of balcony you'll find yourself returning to all day long.



With a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully remodeled kitchen with dishwasher, keyless entry, and the beach just across the street, this polished studio comfortably hosts up to 4 guests with style and ease.



THE SPACE



This 500+ sq ft open-concept studio has been beautifully remodeled throughout, with a bright, well-finished feel from the kitchen all the way through to the sleeping space.



The living area is warmly appointed with a queen sleeper sofa, a club chair, and a Smart TV with cable. The full glass sliding doors — fitted with elegant plantation shutters — open directly onto the screened balcony, where two lounge chairs with ottomans and views of the Barefoot Beach community and Gulf await. Open the shutters wide on a beautiful morning and let the Florida light pour in.



The sleeping area is a complete, comfortable retreat — a king-size bed with nightstands and lamps, a dresser, ceiling fan, and a spacious walk-in closet with room for everyone's belongings.



The beautiful bathroom features an extended vanity and a walk-in shower — clean, fresh, and thoughtfully finished.



The fully remodeled kitchen is well-stocked for easy vacation cooking — refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery, with a table and chairs for 4 to complete the space.

5507 Beach & Tennis Condo

Took a quick trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This property was a great choice! Located right across from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. The condo itself looks to be recently remodeled with great amenities. We are already planning a return trip! I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Spot!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Being so close to the beach and pool was GREAT! The location is prime and it was so easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The hosts provided beach necessities that we didn’t even think of. The condo itself is so cute and comfortable and was perfect for our stay. Can’t wait to come back!!!

I’m going to start with the positives. The location was amazing. Walk to the beach, Coconut Jacks, Docs…awesome!! Amenities inside the apartment are great!! The rental company was extremely responsive. However, the apartment is loaded with mold. You can smell it upon entering. I had hoped it was maybe because it was closed up for a while so we slept with the door open the first night to air it out. This didn’t help and my daughter needed to use her rescue inhaler multiple times a day when we were in the unit including the middle of the night. I contacted the rental agency and they dropped off a dehumidifier and assured me that unit was just recently fully refurbished so everything in there is newer. The smell got slightly better but it did not improve my daughter’s asthma. We slept with the door open every night which was a problem when it dropped to the 40s. Then my daughter noticed the mold…on the kitchen chairs AND all over the AC unit. We had the AC running on the warmer days when we weren’t in the unit. As soon as we saw this we stopped. This is a major health concern so I would caution anyone renting this unit to ensure the mold issue is corrected before renting it. I have no idea if this is related but I have occasional vertigo. My vertigo kicked in our first night and is still an issue today (our last day). My son’s psoriasis is worse than it’s been in months. Again, not sure if those 2 symptoms are related but I know her asthma attacks were.

Would Stay Here Again

I loved this condo at Bonita Beach and Tennis and I would stay here again. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The location, directly across the street from Bonita Beach was perfect. The check-in process was easy and worked well. My one suggestion is to bring your own pillows if possible. I found the pillows on the king sized bed to be much too large and too hard. I have never seen such large pillows and I have a king bed at home. I decided to try the queen pillows for the pull-out couch, but they had an odor of being unused and they didn’t work for me either.

Great vacation

We spent two weeks at this location. We had been to this condo complex before, so we knew the area and what to expect. Beach and pools were great, along with nice restaurants within walking distance as well. We had a lovely view of the Gulf from our balcony. There are ongoing repairs to the balconies with completion sometime in the future. Our particular balcony had no repairs at this time, which we were grateful for. It was clean and appliances appeared new and were in good condition. The air conditioning also was in good working order. We had reserved for four people, which was advertised as accommodating with king bed and sofa sleeper. The room divider was very useful. There was only one pillow provided for the queen sofa sleeper which was difficult at best. FYI only two small beach chairs were provided along with one small umbrella. We had planned to cook some meals ourselves, so it may be helpful to know, there were no sheet/ pizza type pans provided or large frying pans. No sieve to drain pasta. It had a generous amount of plates/bowls and beverage glasses. If you plan to do any amount of cooking, I suggest requesting a restock of equipment for kitchen. We were happy to see a large closet and drawers/dresser and under bed drawers for storage. We enjoyed our stay with perfect weather. With additional pillows and kitchen equipment, I would recommend.
