This lovely maintained and upgraded older Floridian home is in a nice community neighborhood within walking distance of the lively adorable old town village. Great Location! Pat the Owner/Manager was wonderful to work/communicate with and very kind. He welcomed the accommodation for a month's stay for myself and my special border collie pup Joy. We are so grateful as it was perfect! Joy not only enjoyed the nearby dog park and Bonita Beach dedicated beach but she got plenty of needed exercise catching her ball in the nice-sized yard of this house. We also loved visiting Farmer Mike's fresh food farm stand and so much more this great house and location has to offer. The detached bathroom was really nice. It worked out perfectly and we had a fabulous experience. I would return and hope to in the future.
The house is quite small, yet we found it quite clean and neat. Beds were very comfortable, and we had all the towels and bedding that we needed. Owner had done a nice job with renovating, making the place attractive. We appreciated having to driveways, one of which was newly added. Remodeling in the kitchen and two baths were very much appreciated. The breezeway is our very favorite spot. Someone called it a carport. Love the covered space with the breeze is flowing through. We appreciated the owners responsiveness, especially when the men were trying to get the Super Bowl on TV. The owner got on a FaceTime call and actually helped us walk through getting it up and working. We liked The location so close to the downtown area of Bonita Springs, this sweet little downtown. And it was close to all of the regular major shopping and stores, and close to the beach, and close to the Imperial in River for some great Kayaking.
