This single-family home in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation. The fenced backyard gives you plenty of room for cornhole games and flag football, and the private pool is perfect for cooling down. There is a fire pit for cool nights, and an oversized umbrella for hot days. The property is close to the newly-redeveloped downtown Bonita Springs area, and only 7 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in SW Florida. There are several world-class golf courses nearby, and the Bonita Springs Poker Room is 5 minutes down the road. The Promenade and Mercato shopping centers in Naples are a short drive to the South. The central location of Bonita Springs between Naples and Fort Myers makes it a perfect vacation spot! There is one Ring doorbell at the front entrance and alarms on the doors leading out to the pool area.

Wonderful Property
An excellent stay in Bonita Springs! The house was as advertised and even better! The entire stay from start to finish exceeded our expectations, and the house was beautifully appointed and inviting and had all we needed for a fun week. Perfect for family vacation
This home was perfect for our family vacation - it was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, etc. The home was private, quiet, and the outdoor space and pool was great! The owner didn't forget a thing - beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, games for a rainy day, children's dinnerware, etc. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend
Home was immaculate and close to anything you could need. Kitchen was well stocked and even small tolietries were available. It was so nice to have beach chairs and towels there to use when we needed them. Everything was wonderful, the only small draw back is the pool isn't heated and was chilly in February. We still had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Great Place to Say! Great Private Backyard Well organized place. Only minor comment is the table and chair by the patio door could be more comfortable. Also hard to play cards on table. Would have liked the pool to be heated. Otherwise, would definitely stay again.

Family Christmas Trip

Sharon was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We didn’t need much while staying there but we forgot some items when we checked out. Sharon reached out and helped us before we realized we had a problem. Would definitely rent from Sharon again.
