You're within driving distance of several beaches at this home, and there's enough to enjoy right inside the front door. Enjoy cooking out on the private gas grill, with cooking equipment on hand to help you put together fun meals. Inside, central air-conditioning will help everyone relax with ease. If grilling isn't your thing, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook something tasty and a built-in breakfast nook for enjoying meals together. If you're returning from the beach, set your towels in the private washer/dryer and unwind with a favorite film in the DVD player.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing family time
Home lent itself to relaxing visit between 3 siblings for 3 days! Home is spacious & well equipped for casual meals. Poolside & living room provided comfortable areas to relax & chat. Good location for Barefoot Beach time & local restaurants. Confusion on arrival when given lock box entry code & no lock box on the door. Luckily cleaning lady returned & gave us a key.

Property manager knew very little about the home. Told me that pool was not heated.
The home has been outfitted well. The pool IS heated. Had the property manager told us it was not. We would have had a better stay had the property told us the truth. One bathroom is large but outfitted with a very small vanity and shower.

Villa Stay.
Very nice place to stay. Had a few issues at first. Broken lock on front door, and only luke warm hot water. Contacted Vacasa and they quickly took care of the issues. Clean and comfortable.Overall, a very nice place to stay.

The house was very clean and suited all of my needs. The pool was great, and my overall experience was fantastic! The guest information book is a little confusing (asks you to contact a person after check in, but there is no number). I contacted Vacassa directly and was told “all was good” and to ignore that house rule. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Home
My 3 friends and I loved this bungalow with very nice private pool! Located in nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and we each had our own bedroom. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beach. All were within 1 mile of home. We will definitely be coming back!

Disappointing
House is Small in need of refurbishment kitchen and bathrooms several appliance didn’t work they got fixed in the end by Jenna & Doug who did best they could. Pool and yard were good sun all day. The web site photographs make it look much better than it was expensive considering a size and condition.
