Great Place

This apartment was a nice property for a quick trip to the Cologne/Bonn area. The shower was hot, the rooms were nice, and we had no issues finding the place or the paid parking which was very close by. One of the bedroom doors did not close properly, but it did not cause any issues for us. Would recommend!

Nicht sehr erholsame Tage…

Bei einer Buchung für neun Personen gehen wir selbstverständlich davon aus, dass ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle vorhanden sind. Leider war dies nicht der Fall – mehrere Personen mussten daher regelmäßig auf dem Boden essen. Ein Besen oder andere Reinigungsutensilien waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, sodass es uns nicht möglich war, die Wohnung zwischendurch sauber zu halten.Ein weiteres Problem stellte eine defekte Schlafzimmertür dar, die sich nicht schließen ließ. In Kombination mit dem Bewegungsmelder im Flur und den Fenstern in den Türen wurden wir nachts regelmäßig geweckt, sobald jemand zur Toilette musste.Die Fenster waren zudem sehr schlecht isoliert. Der Verkehrslärm von draußen war so laut, dass es sich anfühlte, als würden Autos direkt durchs Zimmer fahren. Gleichzeitig war es in der Wohnung sehr kalt, und die Heizung funktionierte leider nicht richtig. Des Weiteren war einer der Rollläden defekt und ließ sich aufgrund eines gerissenen Gurtes nicht mehr bedienen.Auch die Dusche wurde nicht richtig warm, was den Komfort zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Die Küche war in einem insgesamt sehr schlechten Zustand: Die Schubladen waren locker oder kaputt, stark verschmutzt, und es fehlte an grundlegenden Kochutensilien, was das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten erheblich erschwerte.Wir hoffen, dass Sie diese Rückmeldung als konstruktive Kritik verstehen und die genannten Mängel in Zukunft beheben, um kommenden Gästen einen angenehmeren Aufenthal
