Constructive Criticism Sandwich
Start with positive. Property is in an amazing location. Waking up and winding down to lake views, not much beats that. Bald eagles flying around with a nest high up in a tree on the neighbors yard, that was a rush of joy to see.
Improvements - property was not particularly clean. Too much clutter in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Knives were dull and no sharpener. Stingy about toilet paper based on their house rules book, made us feel a bit self conscious given that my wife is pregnant and has to use the bathroom often. Doors creaked pretty good, that’s a simple fix, could use something as simple as olive oil on hinge bolts.
Will end some other positives. The owner was very good with communication and accommodating when I had an initial challenge booking the place. Given the beautiful location, the house has the potential to be 5 star accommodation, but more thought and care needs to be given to the interior.
