Dairy Escape by Tiny Away
Summary:
Dairy Escape by Tiny Away invites you to experience authentic farm stay Victoria retreat on a 1200-acre family-run dairy farm, just five minutes from Camperdown’s historic township. Wake to scenic rural views and enjoy cozy evenings by the firepit on bluestone paving over a century ago. Depending on the season, your neighbors might be cornfields or Holstein cows. Discover nearby lakes, volcanic craters, and the famous Great Ocean Road, or arrange a tour to see milking in action, meet calves, and snap a photo with Highland cows.
The Space:
Dairy Escape by Tiny Away is set in Bookaar, just 5 minutes from Camperdown. Find yourself in the heart of farm life with views stretching over historic bluestone dairy yards. Cozy up by the firepit under starry skies, surrounded by the soft glow of fairy lights and the quiet of open paddocks. Depending on the season, catch fields of corn or grazing cows right outside. Discover nearby wonders like the Deep Blue Hot Springs, Logans Beach for whale watching, and the iconic Twelve Apostles along the coast.
A comfortable, 139-square-foot accommodation is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.
If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Since our property is a working farm, you may see animals, machinery, and electric fencing throughout, along with various laneways and gates.
For safety, please stay within the accommodation area and the adjoining bluestone space. If you'd like to explore more of the farm, we’d be happy to guide you—just let us know in advance so we can arrange a tour.
