Step out the front door and you're on King Street and in the heart of downtown Boone! We were unable to stay due to weather event. The host was very quick with communications. We drove by a week later and the house looks very clean and well taken care of. It is very close to App State campus and downtown Boone, so it would be a great starting place to walk and enjoy the university and town.
