Very clean and room was well equipped and beds very comfy. Continental breakfast was very good, fresh and large variety. The young lady, Carey, was an excellent hostess, with the perfect ‘good morning’ attitude! All the staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay. Quite a bargain!!

The comfort suites in Boone was disappointing. I was so excited to see my daughter's hooding ceremony and graduation. Which was wonderful, despite the hotel accommodations. The bathroom was dirty. We saw trash on the bathroom floor first thing when we walked in. The suite slept 6, but there were only 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, 3 coffee cups, and 3 plasic cups. Luckily there was enough shampoo and conditioner. We needed to use sofa sleeper, but when we opened it, there were no sheets on the mattress. The mattress cover was dirty. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper anywhere in the room. We had to ask for some at the front desk. The front desk attendant was sitting down low in a chair on her phone every time we went to the desk. She wouldn't didn't even look up. I had to say "excuse me" each time, for her to even look up, much less greet us when we checked in. The heater/ac unit was loud and hardly kept the room cool. The room got stuffy during the night. That was the first time I stayed at there. Next time I will stay at another hotel. It wasn't cheap either, probably because of the App State graduation.
