Welcome to Cornerstone! This beautiful home just 5 minutes outside of Boone has been lovingly and completely renovated from the ground up in a two-year-long overhaul process that took the original home down to the studs, and as of Fall 2024 is all brand new and ready for you to experience!

The main level has an open and airy great room with exposed beams, gas fireplace, leather furniture, and TV over the mantle. At the end of the great room is a chef's dream kitchen with yards of granite counters, an eat-in island with 4 bar chairs, stainless appliances including a gas range, two-toned custom cabinets, and a dining table with room for 6. Off the great room is a laundry nook as well.

Cornerstone offers ample areas for you and your loved ones to gather together to have fun, relax, and make memories. Head downstairs to the game room for a fun game of pool or poker. Step outside and enjoy a relaxing dip in the covered hot tub with waterfall feature, and after dark pull up an Adirondack chair to the in-ground stone firepit ring and roast marshmallows while you tell stories. On the main level deck, enjoy gracious outdoor living mountain style around the gas firetable.

Time for bed? Cornerstone offers four relaxing sleeping spaces. On the main level is a King suite with TV, access to the deck, and an ensuite bath with a tiled shower and double granite vanities. Upstairs is a second sleeping area, this one featuring a Queen bed and a full bath off the nearby hall with a tub/shower. On the lower level is a second King suite with TV and ensuite bath with shower and heated floors, as well as a fourth area offering two sets of built-in twin over twin bunk beds and access to a fourth bathroom down the hall with tub/shower.

Cornerstone is located very close to the Boone Golf Club, just 5 minutes away from Boone. It's a perfect location for travelers who want to be close to everything the High Country offers while still feeling like you're away from it all!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RULES
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small
vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and using their card to pay for it and must be one of the persons staying in the home for the
reserved dates.
- For your safety, the fan blades of the ceiling fan in the bunkroom have been disabled.
- No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with a pet fee of $25/nt per pet.
- Cornerstone is in a neighborhood with full-time residents close by. Vacationing guests are required to keep outdoor conversations and noise at a respectful level at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled with 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Clean house, nice rooms, excellent bedding. Lots of space, inside & outside. The loft queen bedroom has no door & is open to noise from the great room. The yard is not really usable but there is a huge deck. When accessing the house from Fairway Dr take the first Eagle Dr turn off, which looks like the long way on maps. DO NOT use Google maps directions.We had a few issues, but they were resolved by the management company.

Everything was great except for the prior guest’s trash not picked up for a few days (isolated in the garage). Additionally, the cleaning crew did not do a great job as there was visible dog hair on the floor. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic.

Such a beautiful,clean, spacious home in a convenient, safe easy road to travel on. We so enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Having two big master bed/baths was lovely. Having 4 big nice bathrooms was superb. Every room was beautiful and cozy. I would just make people aware that the “loft” is open so noise and light from the main level are obvious. And while it’s great to have a mattress that will raise/adjudst electronically ( a feature rarely seen and really unique) the controller from the main level master also raised the loft bed unexpectedly so getting different frequencies would be helpful! Also- having some “hanging” hooks in the loft would help with clothing . The bunk bed bathroom on the mid level would benefit from some non slip pad on the floor of the tub. So much storage for the kitchen was superb!! The tv room comfort of chairs and quantity was a huge benefit! And having enough space including use of garage forget four cars is really unheard of. Completely recommend this home! Just wonderful! And the spa was probably the nicest quality I’ve seen from any VRBO. If you had left us a Mr clean scrubby pad I would have wiped the walls of the spa for you! Really a great find overall!

This is a beautiful home with everything you could ever want. Beautiful deck off of living room with comfortable furniture and gas fireplace. Enjoyed the sun in the morning. We loved the owners retreat which included access to the deck, comfortable, adjustable king size bed, walk in closet with custom shelves to hang and hide your clothes. The bathroom shower was huge with two shower heads. We stayed on the main floor, the house also has three additional bathrooms, a second master bedroom, loft bedroom and a bunk room which we didn’t use.We enjoyed the hot tub on our last two days, wished we would have used more. This house appears to be brand new, top of the line appliances, furniture and amenities. The house is beautifully designed and the furnishings were impeccable.Thank you for sharing your house with us for a week.

Beautiful home with multiple level build to accommodate privacy and space for all. Large outdoor entertaining area for visiting or just relaxing. We visited for a function at ASU and the location was wonderful with a less than 10 minute drive (with traffic)! We also visited and shopped in blowing rock - hiked the Moses cone trail and visited the iconic original Mast General store in Valley Crucis and enjoyed the park there as well. If you like golf you are in the neighborhood!! We hope to stay again soon. Thank you for a sharing your beautiful home for others to enjoy!

Great house for multiple families. Two king suites and bunk room were great for two families to stay here. The multiple levels made it very spacious . The house was completely remodeled and everything was brand new! I will be staying here again when we travel to Boone!

Luxury Home at its Finest

The home is amazing once you enter the home you'll be greeted by an open floor with vaulted ceiling with rustic chandeliers and lots of windows for full view, an oak dining table, a large kitchen center island and power leather sofa with electronically ignited fire place. The large deck is also a plus since it is very large with outdoor furnitures and gas fire pit. Once we have settled, in our rooms, the bed was very comfy and the bathrooms itself are like a work of art. The game room is a plus since it has pool table that we really like to play, a card table and various board games. The hot tub was also very nice to dip in even during the cold weather. The shortest route to this home has a very steep incline that really needs a 4x4 with a good set of tires. To avoid this steep incline one has to go around on the opposite side of the same road for about 0.2 miles for a smoother ride. It is also better to arrive while there is ample daylight since there are no street lights so that you can familiarize with the area. Other than the arrival issue we encountered everything else in the house is epic.
