Overbooked, came to check in and even though we reserved a room, they are over booked and do not have a room for us. Very disappointed and expecting the room to be comp’d

The property was very dated and everything was small, the room and even the pool. It was the only one we found that had a separate room as we were traveling with 2 teenagers that we wanted to have their own space

The front desk staff was not friendly, and they did not make us feel welcome or valued. The only staff member who smiled was the lady who took care of breakfast each morning. She was very helpful and nice! Our room smelled clean, but it was dusty, there were crumbs in the refrigerator and hair in the bathroom. The price was good, but we would not stay at this property again!
